We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to take a leading role in daily operations and help grow the company from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Drop Shipper / Order Fulfillment Specialist will oversee daily online order processing, product packaging, and shipping. This is an important position within the company and requires someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill all daily online orders
• Package products securely for shipment
• Print shipping labels and prepare all shipping documentation
• Arrange carrier pickups or conduct drop-offs as needed
• Maintain organized inventory and restock supplies
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
• Use Excel for data entry and basic recordkeeping
• Communicate workflow updates and needs to management

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (email, web navigation, file management)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple spreadsheets)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in shipping or e-commerce is a plus

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour + Based on experience
• 90-Day Review: Employee will receive a performance review after the first 90 days to determine eligibility for a pay increase

Work Environment

• On-site role located in Albany, Oregon
• Light to moderate physical tasks (lifting, packing, organizing)
